I firmly believe that adult learners are autonomous individuals who possess valuable life experiences and diverse perspectives. I value collaboration, respect, and the active involvement of adult learners in their education. Recognizing the importance of their unique backgrounds, I strive to create a supportive learning environment that encourages open dialogue and fosters a sense of belonging.

I prioritize creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where adult learners can freely express their thoughts, share their experiences. I believe in promoting a sense of community and mutual respect among learners.
